Aflora Reggae from Santiago, Chile, emerges as the perfect example of what the South American continent offers to the reggae community and the world. While on their international “West Coast Tour” of the United States, Aflora visited several cities including Santa Cruz, San Fransisco, Berkeley and Monterey, Ca, while they spread a message of unity, peace, love and equality. We at Sessiontapes.com had the opportunity to cover Aflora’s performance at the “Cannery Row Brewing Company” in Monterey, Ca, with songs like “Consentrate” and “No More War” showcasing their personality and passion for their cause. With a harmonically sync collective of vocals from Javiera, Jose, Fran M and Fran Cisca while capturing the essence of peace, unity and love from the beginning of their performance to the end. Jose on drums and singing, Joaquin on keyboards, Luis playing the guitar, Felipe moving with the bass, Felipe and Marco on the trombone and sax respectively. Aflora Reggae de Santiago, Chile, es un gran enjemplo de lo que la musica reggae del continente sur americano tiene para ofrecer al mundo. La musica en espanol sigue siendo la musica mas apasionada, mas cultural y mas amorosa de toda la musica en este mundo. En su gira internacional “West Coast Tour” Aflora visito varias ciudades como Santa Cruz, San Fransisco, Berkeley, y Monterey, Ca para expandir el mensaje de unidad, paz, amor y igualdad. En Monterey, Ca fue donde tuve el placer en conocer y a escuchar a Aflora. Con canciones como “Consentrate” y “No Mas Guerra” la personalidad y la passion de aflora se sienten por las voces de Javiera, Fran M y Fran Cisca te capturan con harmonia y con amor del un principio hasta el final. Con Jose en la bateria y cantando, Joaquin en los teclados, Luis en la guitarra, felipe moviendote con el bajo, felipe y marco en el sax y trombone.
