Monterey, CA. (Jan 29, 2016) – The 7th annual California Roots Music and Arts Festival at the historic Monterey County Fair and Event Center from May 27-29, 2016 has released their full weekend schedule.
The 2016 lineup showcases the biggest names in progressive roots music including: Slightly Stoopid, Atmosphere, Damian “Jr Gong” Marley, Stephen “Ragga” Marley, Rebelution, Michael Franti and Spearhead and many more. This year’s festival will expand on eco-friendly and “greening” efforts that have steadily become more effective and advanced each year, and integrates the new generation of Caribbean artists like Raging Fyah alongside Jamaican legends like Barrington Levy, as well as select DJs that will provide additional vibes in between sets.
