“Airplane Mode” is a kick back but fun track which shows a more relaxed side of ¡Mayday!. With lyrics celebrating the search for temporary isolation, as Werkonize sings through the hook”Fly high by myself, I just wanna be alone, Get high by myself, I put myself on airplane mode, Woah-oh-oh-oh, I’ll be back before you know, Woah-oh-oh-oh, I put myself in airplane mode.” It’s hard not to find that isolation, that inner peace with “Airplane Mode”, even if its only for a few minutes, unless you put the perfectly produced track in repeat.
